Our Story
Ento proteins is promoted by Mukka Proteins Limited (MPL) the pioneers in fish meal industry in India with over 55 years of legacy and Holocene Ecosolutions Private Limited the world’s largest producers of BSF eggs and larvae. We are the First Company in India in the field of Black Soldier Fly production at MSW Sites.
Ento proteins contribute to the creation of a sustainable food system for the future. We chose to diversify by taking first pioneer steps in setting up BLACK SOLDIER FLY TECHNOLOGY in india by providing the alternative protein feed for aquaculture and other animal feed. Our innovative technologies in Black Soldier Fly breeding gives us an advantage of large-scale deployment at rapid speed to consume all the wet waste quantity of a given city and thereby solve the problem of wet waste management which in turn drives to get circular economy of food system balance.

For Animal Nutrition
The insects have the ability to upcycle low-grade agricultural by-products into high quality nutrients for animal and plant nutrition. They are the part of the natural diet of multiple animals, and therefore are a potential source of feed ingredients for fish, shrimp, poultry, and swine diets. Black soldier fly larvae have been identified as a source of high-quality protein and fatty acids necessary for animal development.
